What we collect

Your account email and login method, the prompts and media you generate, billing status from our payment processor, and basic usage and device data needed to run and secure the studio. Connected-platform credentials (such as Fanvue tokens) are stored encrypted.

How we use it

To create and deliver generated media, operate integrations you authorize, process subscriptions, verify your email and age eligibility, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable and compliant.

Service providers

We share only what is necessary with the vendors that power bopGPT: media generation (fal.ai), email delivery (SendGrid), subscription billing (Fanbasis), sign-in (Google), and publishing where you connect it (Fanvue). They process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Generated media

Media you create is associated with your account so you can manage and publish it. You control publishing decisions; you can delete media from your library at any time.

Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your login protected and revoke integrations you no longer trust.

Your choices

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw integration access from settings. To make a request or ask a privacy question, contact us at privacy@bopgpt.ai.

Eligibility

bopGPT is strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will remove such accounts on discovery.

These launch privacy terms describe how the bopGPT product surface handles your data. If a signed customer agreement applies to your workspace, that agreement controls.
